Here's what the process looks like:

You buy a item/s from our Pawsome zkcreartive store on Shopify.

The dropship companies Purchasing Team we use , buys your product(s) directly from the factory.

The factory ships the product to one of their two warehouses in the country they are made.

The dropship company Receiving Team receives pallets of products from different factories and sorts them.

The dropship companies Quality Team opens the package to quality check it.

The dropship companies Packaging Team makes sure all of the products are in one bin.

Even if they came from separate factories, which they often do.

The dropship companies Packaging Team carefully packages your items .

This will be a box or a polybag depending on the product(s)

The dropship companies Shipping Team prints out your shipping label and ships out the order.

They always make sure each order gets shipped out on the next possible outbound shipment.

All of this happens behind the scenes and almost always in less than 3 days. There are some rare circumstances in which this process takes longer than 3 days and both of those scenarios are caused by factors not in our control.

Scenarios maybe , products out of stock or have been delayed by the factory for reasons out of our control.

Delivery can take 10-15 days once the 3 days processing has happened.

So in total from ordering , processing , shipping to delivery can take 18-20 days as from different warehouses and factories in different countries.
